HAFFA

The Story of Rafael Amorim Pereira – SKATECITYHAFFA Rafael Amorim Pereira, known to many as SKATECITYHAFFA, is a powerful testament to resilience, grit, and the relentless pursuit of dreams. Born in Brazil and raised by a single mother, Rafael's early life was anything but easy. Without the presence of a father, he grew up learning how to be strong from his mother—a woman who made the courageous decision to legally immigrate with her son to the United States in search of a better future. Arriving in a new country with little more than hope and heart, Rafael faced the harsh realities of being an immigrant—language barriers, cultural shifts, and financial struggles—but never let those obstacles define him. While others found reasons to give up, he found reasons to push harder. From an early age, Rafael fell in love with skateboarding. To him, it wasn’t just a sport—it was therapy, discipline, and a way to express himself in a world that often tried to box him in. Through skating, he learned the value of persistence. Every fall taught him how to get back up. That same mindset carried over into every aspect of his life. While many around him gave into the pressure or drifted into negativity, Rafael used his skateboard as a vehicle not just for movement—but for motivation. He turned his passion into purpose, refusing to abandon his dream of being a professional skateboarder and music artist, even when the odds were stacked high. As he grew older, Rafael did more than just survive—he built. He became a successful businessman, creating opportunities for himself and others. His hustle and vision turned ideas into income, and his drive turned challenges into chapters of his success story. Alongside this professional success, he also became a devoted husband and a proud father—roles he cherishes deeply. The absence of his own father pushed him to be present, loving, and strong for his own children. To this day, Rafael continues to apply the lessons of skateboarding to everyday life: balance, timing, flow, and resilience. Whether he’s in a business meeting, parenting, making music, or simply grinding through daily struggles, he still embodies the same spirit that first put him on a board: Never give up. Don’t make excuses. Keep pushing forward. Rafael Amorim Pereira—SKATECITYHAFFA—is living proof that no matter where you start, how hard it gets, or how often you fall, if you keep rolling, you’ll get to where you’re meant to be.

THE ALBUM

After facing betrayal and letting go of negative relationships, I've learned to stay focused, realign with my purpose, and dedicate myself to serving the community with positivity. Through every battle, I’ve remained true to who I am, but I've evolved into the best version of myself. This journey has been for my daughters, my family, and for me. I've disconnected from the old me, and now I present the latest version of myself in this album. Enjoy the transformation.
