FROM SÃO PAULO TO NEW YORK – THE STORY BEHIND "UP"

During my last trip to Brazil, I found myself deep in the streets of São Paulo, chasing skate sessions and creative energy. It was there that I was introduced to Jonah Emiliao, the visionary behind Rasputines Media—a connection born through mutual friends and a shared passion for visual storytelling. Our conversation quickly turned to the idea of collaborating on a music video project, and although the timing wasn’t quite right then, the creative spark had been lit.

Fast forward a few years, and fate brought Jonah to the U.S. for the first time. We reconnected in New York City, and the timing was finally perfect. With the backdrop of NYC's raw energy and timeless grit, we brought our long-awaited vision to life through the lens of my latest album, "DISCONNECTED", now streaming on all major platforms.
